So why might someone choose Preservé over a conventional breast augmentation?

The technique is designed to preserve more of the breast’s existing tissue. The implant is placed above the chest muscle using a carefully created space, with the aim of reducing disruption to the surrounding structures. For suitable patients, that may mean a gentler recovery while still achieving a noticeable change in shape and volume.

What makes Preservé different?

Using specialised tools, the technique creates space for the implant through controlled tissue elongation, with the aim of preserving more of the breast’s natural tissue and causing less disruption than traditional methods.
