As we head into the busiest season of the year, we want to remind everyone of our booking policy to ensure a smooth experience for both clients and our team.

✨ We understand it’s a hectic time! Life happens, and plans can change. However, with high demand for appointments, it’s important to respect our time and the time of others who may be waiting for a spot.

📅 Cancellation Policy: We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We’re happy to help you move your appointment if possible—but remember, no booking is secure without a deposit. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellations are made without the required notice.

🚫 No Shows: If you fail to show up or cancel late, you will forfeit your deposit and be asked to pay the full balance of the appointment. Additionally, clients who no-show may be blacklisted, and future appointments will need to be paid in full at the time of booking.

This policy protects our time and income, ensuring that our business can continue to provide high-quality service for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and support during this busy season!
