Why did I call my business house of wellness?

I feel we all need to look after ourselves in one way or another so wellness to me is all about filling up my cup and if that means having my nails done to having a massage then to me that looking after my wellness so the house of wellness was everything under one roof 🌿

I GOT REIKI ☘️

I took myself for a treatment last night I think when we run a bussiness it's great to also remember ourselves.

After a few days of feeling not quite myself I knew something needed to change and give, so I listened to my body and I went and had reiki.

If anyone has experienced reiki before I would love to hear your experience. I love reiki before I was very much in my own head and very stressed my breathing was very quick and I felt I was on the go. After coming out last night my body just changed I was relaxed calm and I didn't feel so pent up.

I felt my breathing change and I knew I had finally relaxed 😌

Starting 2025 with a rebrand 🍃

When i started solo back in September 2024 after leaving the salon I was in for over 2 years I didn't know who I was as a business, as time has gone on I've realised the services I love and want to offer to my incredible clients.

HOUSE OF WELLNESS - beauty salon why you ask?

Beauty has been a massive part of my life for years since I was 16 and working in the hair industry they come together. Finding my love of nails then adding more treatments as time went on which I adore but I always felt something was missing

Wellness has become a big thing to me and help me through some part of my life when I'm not working or with the kids I do things for me for my mental health and I can't wait to start introducing this into the salon

I will be training in some more services come January and over the year

I will be working more set days
