This client came to me after previous filler sessions elsewhere, with severe migration above the lip and heavy distortion of the natural shape.

We started by assessing the migrated filler, loss of definition, and overall imbalance caused by repeated overfilling over time.

Instead of aggressively dissolving everything, I used my specialised technique — a carefully diluted concentration of dissolver — to selectively melt migration while preserving as much healthy tissue and structure as possible.

In the SAME session, I re-shaped and taped the lips using my signature butterfly strip lip technique 🦋

The goal wasn’t just “bigger lips”… it was:
• restoring balance
• correcting migration
• rebuilding shape
• creating a cleaner side profile
• achieving long-term lip health + aesthetics
