I’m sorry to come on and have a moan.

My cancellation policy has been in place for a long time and is sent to each client on every text reminder for their appointment.

Cancelling your appointment the night before your appointment within that 48hrs, I’m afraid is within my policy and yes you do have to pay for your full treatment cost. I do this to protect my business and my little family.

If you can’t respect this policy then please don’t book in with me.

I shouldn’t be made to feel guilty for having this policy in place.
Please do not come to any appointment with me if you are poorly, I don’t want to be taking those germs to the hospital I work with new born babies, and I also don’t want to be ill and not have clients for a week because shock horror I don’t get paid sick pay from this self employed job.

I dont take deposits and I don’t want to start this.

I work from home part time around Tim and the girls because I love what I do but also because we need to pay the bills.
