3. Hair is hygroscopic , meaning it loses moisture to the environment, adding heat compromises the cuticle and accelerates this. Adding protection prevents moisture loss, leaving healthier hair 💁🏽‍♀️

4. Hair is in a fragile state when wet, rolling around in bed with wet hair is not only a breeding ground for bacteria, but can also cause breakage 💁🏽‍♀️
