Hi guys sorry I have to do this but I am going to introduce a cancellation policy , Ihave been trying to avoid this so much but I have lost so much money this week and I am working so many hours myself too compensate this .

To ensure that I can provide the best service to all our clients, we'd like to remind you of our cancellation policy. I value your time, and we hope you'll value ours, too.
24-Hour Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us enough time to offer the slot to another client on our waiting list.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of [50% of the scheduled service price].
No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without any notice, you will be charged [100% of the scheduled service price].
