Small business reminder ✨

No-shows and late cancellations have a huge impact on self-employed beauty professionals.

Please remember that when you book an appointment, that slot is held just for you. If you're unable to attend, a quick message is always appreciated and allows me the opportunity to offer the space to someone else.

Deposits, cancellation fees, and no-show charges are not there to be difficult—they are there to protect the time, income, and running of a small business.

Unfortunately, today I experienced a no-show appointment booked for 3 weeks and have received no communication despite attempts to make contact.

As a self-employed business owner, missed appointments have a significant impact on both my time and income. The outstanding no-show fee remains unpaid and is due in accordance with my booking policy.

I would appreciate this being resolved within the next 7 days. Should I continue to receive no response, I will have to take appropriate steps to protect my business, including making other beauty professionals aware of my experience.

A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings through the system. Please make sure to check your reminders you receive from the booking system as " no-shows" will be charged the full appointment amount due to lost time/childcare used for this appointment

I always allow a 15 minute late grace period, after that I may have to continue with my day & other clients 🖤

48 hours notice for cancellations/reschedules is highly appreciated.
