A trim up and a cocktail of oil based conditioners, a gentle blowdry and gorgeous curls rescued my client’s damaged hair today.

One of the ways to build volume on top is to over-direct the cut from short to long from the crown to the fringe. Cut forwards from the crown but blow dry back from the fringe for the lift to the crown area! Keep the sides and back soft, by layering from the top to the sides and back by lifting sections high using an A frame. Finally graduate the nape underneath the occipital area and I use my scary crocodile scissors for more texture and more volume. Voila! Gorgeous. 😘
