PROM 2027 ❤️

I know it seems crazy but it's time to get booked for prom makeup.

I've already booked in 3 girls for July 2nd and I'm limiting myself to 6 appointments per date next year!

All prom makeups will be at my lovely new Romsey Studio and will include a complimentary glass of something sparkly ✨️ (non alcoholic of course) for you and your prom queen 👸🏼

The JP Studio is the new home of all my bridal trials, but I’m hoping it will become a little hub for some of the brilliant local beauty and wedding businesses around us too.

Think soft lighting, neutral interiors, loads of mirrors, panel lighting, photography backdrops, and an absolutely ridiculous amount of plug sockets 😂

The space is available for:

We've been in Romsey today installing this beautiful sign at Jordan Makeup Artist's brand new studio - the first step in a multi-part project. We designed and manufactured this bespoke, crystal clear acrylic exterior sign from scratch, combining crisp white vinyl, polished stand-off fixings and a transparent finish that lets the rustic timber backdrop become part of the design.

We're really pleased with how this turned out, and we'll be back on site again soon to complete the rest of the project. Thank you Jordan for trusting us to help bring the new studio to life, it's going to be fantastic and we're always pleased to help local businesses!

Don't waste your money on this stuff. If you teenager/young adult actually cares about skincare/makeup invest in better quality stuff and not just overhyped packaging!

DISCLAIMER I know that 159 quid is also a LOT to spend on makeup for a teenager for Christmas... but the point is if you are tempted to p**s away 250 quid on an advent that isn't even any good- I feel like the above is a far better option.

Maisie wanted a softer glam for her ceremony where she wore a more traditional English Wedding dress- for her glam Indian wedding reception (and incredible Lehenga) she needed a change of makeup look! More glitter, a hint of a red lip and everything dialed up a notch!

Kit set ups are becoming one of my favourite parts of weddings.

I didn't used to think it was important but the way you present yourself and your kit is your first impression.

When you sit in my chair and look at my kit I want you to feel confident in what I'm about to do.

I absolutely love high street makeup products and they are often as good as some of the luxury products- however when you are paying good money for a makeup artist, I think the kit should be above and beyond what you can find in a supermarket!

"I can't wear eyeshadow and lashes because of my hooded eyes."

Lashes and clever use of shadows can actually significantly reduce the appearance of hooded eyelids! And you don't have to wear loads or put on the biggest lashes. Just subtle enhancement can make a huge difference.
