I have recently completed training in Lymphatic Drainage Massage including the Brazillian technique which uses wooden tools.
MLD - is more gentle and uses hand massage to encourage lymphatic fluid drainage which can assist with fluid retention, bloating, toxin build up and general fatique.
BLD - is more intense and uses specially designed wooden tools to give a more aesthetic benefit such as contouring and sculpting.
For those taking GLP1 you may find a side effect of weight loss is a lack of elasticity/tone - BLD may help with this.
