A few important reminders regarding appointments and payments:

💷 CASH ONLY
I am a cash-only business and do not accept card payments. Please make sure you have the correct payment method available at your appointment.

📅 CANCELLATION POLICY
My cancellation policy applies to all appointments:

• 48 hours’ notice: 25% cancellation charge
• 24 hours’ notice or less: 50% cancellation charge

Any cancellation fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked. If outstanding cancellation fees are not paid, no further appointments will be accepted.

⏰ INFILLS & FULL SETS
Please make sure you book the correct appointment.

If you arrive for an infill appointment but your lashes require a full set, you may be asked to return on another date. A full set is a much longer appointment, and I will need notice to allow enough time for this.

I completely understand that things can happen, but these policies are in place to protect my time and ensure I can provide the best service to everyone.
