World Mental Health Day

Today I spent a few hours with 16 individuals, separately, talking, mediating, massaging, breaking away from the busyness in life, just to take a few moments of space, peace and escape.

It’s a day to talk about mental health and show everyone that mental health matters

It’s also a day to let people know that it’s okay to ask for help, no matter what you’re going through.

This year the theme of World Mental Health Day highlights, ‘mental health is a universal human right’

What do you do to help with your mental health and wellbeing?
I love to meditate, journal my worries, talk to my partner,family and friends in a space where there are no distractions
