A little snapshot of my week 🤎

I really do try to keep a good balance and last week felt like a pretty good example of that.

🏃‍♀️ Gym, runs and moving my body most days. By Wednesday I was feeling pretty wiped, so I swapped my run for a long walk instead. Sometimes your body tells you exactly what it needs.

🥗 Trying to eat well (and yes… that is a chicken mince pizza 😂). It might not be winning any awards for looks but it definitely does the job.

💉 A busy week in the clinic with lots of lovely familiar faces and lots of treatments in between.

🎶 Then a rare full weekend off! We headed to London to see FISHER watched the football afterwards and it was so nice to properly switch off for a couple of days.

I always think balance looks different every week, but this one felt like a good mix of work, looking after myself and making time for fun 🤎
