We had a great team outing to Hotpod Yoga Truro last night. It was very sweaty. We all felt much looser, very relaxed and slept brilliantly!! Many thanks to Kei and our instructor Lizzy. Highly recommend giving Hot yoga a try. 🧘🏽♀️ 💦 😃
