Yet again I have neglected social media, but at least this time it's for a good reason. My wife and I have been busy raising our now 7 month old which has meant I literally have no time to do anything.

Please note that I am now only working on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday to fit around my family's needs.

Lush afternoon with the amazing Ria Sands - Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist... Ria has some availability for after Scillies so get booked in before she books up!

Feeling rather relaxed after a massage swap with my wonderful friend Lizzie at Thrive.Massage.Cornwall - I know it’s theoretically not good business sense to promote another local massage therapist but she is bloody brilliant!! If you’re not going to see me, definitely go see her 🙂

Tomorrow is my final day of massage until Monday 13th May - I am taking bookings for when I’m back from Scilly so please get in touch while I’m away and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

From February 1st there will be a small price increase to all treatments at thrive.

🧡 Initial consultation sports massage: £50.00 (please allow approximately 90 minutes)

🧡 1 hour sports massage: £40.00

🧡 90 minute sports massage: £55.00

🧡 Indian head massage: £40.00

🧡 Foot bowl and sacred smoke experience: £10.00 (to add to another treatment)

This is due to a few reasons including the cost of living and yet another rise to my energy prices.

The hut all set up ready to welcome a new client tomorrow morning 🤩

Get booked in to not miss out. I have a few very rare morning and evening spaces next week. These slot times are usually booked up weeks in advance so take advantage while you can.

Wednesday 12th morning at 9am or 10am and evening at 5:30pm or 6pm.
Thursday 13th at 5:30pm.

Just a quick post to update all of you beauties who have put up with me banging on about scillies world championships while you're on the couch....

We absolutely smashed it! Falmouth ladies B crew rowing black rock came 7th in the world out of over 120 boats.

The hut is smelling gooooooood today with a lovely blend of lemongrass, wild orange and cedarwood. It's so fresh and uplifting.

I'm all set up and ready for a new client this afternoon who is having a blended treatment including both Indian head massage and sports massage plus a footbowl and sacred smoke experience. I can't wait 🤩.

Thrive is approximately a 30 minute walk from Truro city centre all while being surrounded by beautiful views or our Cornish countryside.

Off road parking is also available for all thrive clients.
