Where to start, that's always tricky. I had no preconceptions about seeing Kaye at Brighter Horizons. I did know though that I was in some trouble. A divorce in France years earlier that left me still furious, moving back to the UK (wasn't in the life plan). To boot, a recent and violent episode of Covid, to which end I was still suffering quite badly when I first saw Kaye, had left me physically and emotionally drained.

Purpose & Value
My purpose in seeing Kaye was part of a process that I needed in order to re-boot, both mentally and physically. In all my life I had never put myself first, so, post covid, and in recovery I knew that I needed to do this.

The Nurture Sanctuary
I spent a total of 5 days with Kaye, a lot of talking and equally a lot of physical therapy treatments. Close family knew that I was seeing Kaye and everyone was curious, myself included. I wasn’t expecting immediate enlightenment, I don’t see the world that way. I more expected to see benefit a little later down the road and I guess that’s why I took my time to write this.
For sure, the immediate benefit came from being able to unload a life’s worth of history, the good, the bad, and the ugly. Just in doing that with someone who had no knowledge of you, and no judgement, was cathartic in its own right. Several months down the road now from my first session with Kaye, I do see and feel the difference.

The Results - that have been measured after sometime - living and interacting in daily life
I have less anger, I’m more measured and calmer, I see a future more clearly. I have plans, short, medium and long term. I also believe that all of this has helped, and hastened my recovery from Covid. Don’t get me wrong , I didn’t go to see Kaye and get ‘cured’, but I did get my ‘reboot’. When I went to see Kaye, I allowed myself to start a new journey. The journey isn’t finished. Someone once told me that if you don’t know where you’re going, you don’t know where you’ve been. My journey continues but I know where I’ve been.

✨2000 hours, recorded- this consistent hands on experience connecting with people from all over the world, diverse cultures, presenting such a vast array of Mental, Emotional & Spiritual issues has been extremely hard and so immensely challenging at times, but I have grown and developed in ways that I never would of ever imagined possible, until it became a reality❣️

This is one of my streams of income that I have been able to gain benefit from and that serves its purpose but the bigger calling and purpose has simply been the joy that I have received from helping so many people and witnessing all the different transformations that have taken place. I chose to follow this calling and I will be forever grateful that I did. Follow your ♥️ you never know where it may lead - your never too young or too old to dream another dream. 🍀Delighted to be back at work on Monday 12th April :)

🍀For those booking any colour or aesthetic treatment there will be a Nurture COVID Consent Form to be filled in and returned prior to ANY service being carried out 🙂

🍀Any Client having a tint will need to have a patch test 48 before colour is done ...even if you have had a colour at Nurture before.
