Unfortunately, I can no longer keep absorbing these costs. This is now happening to me on a weekly basis and it's costing me time that I could have offered somebody else and my income.

I will ONLY RESPOND to salon messages DURING SALON BUSINESS HOURS
Tuesday-wednesday-Thursday 9-7
I am not 24hour service and I do not appreciate messages on Sunday's or at 11pm at night, I also don't appreciate a message with multiple question marks to get me to reply faster???
Please be mindful that I do have a life outside of the salon and I will reply when I am able to.
