It was great to catch up with Victoria,who i massage at the dance events i work at.
She was the lead female dancer in the Legends of the dance floor show at the Hall for Cornwall.
What a fantastic show!!
Working on Musician Josh Curnow to help with his tight back neck and shoulder muscles! The goal was to give him less pain and more movement, and to generally make his body feel more relaxed, to enable him with his very busy schedule!!
Here, I'm working on a golfer who is having trouble getting full movement through his golf swing.
Also pain in his upper back and neck.

Great weekend again working away at a dance event in Southport! Great to have ex BBC Strictly Come Dancing professional Robin Windsor pop in for a sports massage! Very much needed after his 3 month UK tour!
