Sometimes the best colour work is also the most natural 🤎
My client didn’t fancy a big change, and that’s always good too.
We did a nice refresh. We added softness, blended the tones, kept it sun-kissed through the ends, and kept the dimension right where it already was.
This is a prime example of less is more! Not every colour or cut has to be dramatic. 😉

Hairdressers, we assume way too much when it comes to client retention 😅
Perfect hair, perfect prices, perfect diaries, none of it’s actually why clients stay loyal to their hairdresser.
I had a client recently tell me she’s moving to Dorset. Mentally wrote her off before she’d even finished the sentence. She actually booked in 3 more times before Christmas.
If you’re a hairdresser trying to build a loyal clientele, stop assuming and just ask.

Listening properly is the real skill here, not just picking up the scissors and hoping for the best.
That’s the difference between a good cut and a client who trusts you. 💛

I’m working fewer days over the summer to juggle childcare, so my diary’s already pretty booked up. Might have the odd gap or cancellation here and there, but realistically you’re looking at September for a proper booking.
