☀️ Coming home…

I’m looking forward to returning home after such a lovely break — I hope you’ve been soaking up some summer sunshine too!

Behind the scenes, my “break” has looked a little different — I’ve spent it finalising my training programmes and diving deeper into advanced breathwork training to support even richer, more grounded breathwork for you all. 🌊

There’s something so nourishing about stepping away and coming back with fresh energy (and a few exciting new offerings brewing!).

Can’t wait to share more soon. 💛

There are things you create that you never believed possible until you’re standing in them.

The Wave — my somatic bodywork training methodology — is one of those things. Years in the making, born from hundreds of sessions, shaped by the most extraordinary teachers, and now out in the world with its first certified practitioners.

And I’m not stopping there. My Indian Head Massage training is already underway — a full online manual and theory course, available through my portal for 6 months, making professional training more accessible than ever.

If any of this is calling you —

🌊 The Wave — London, 5th September. A few places remain.

🌊 The Wave — Wales. Next training available from late October.

💚 Indian Head Massage group training — November, Wales. Coming soon for 2 people.

✨ The Wave keeps flowing

Another lovely lady learning The Wave today—Gemma Kelly is moving through the online theory module right now, and will have passed before we meet for the practical tomorrow.

Here’s what’s landing for her:

“I really like how you have mapped out the polyvagal ladder. It gives the appearance of ventral being the balance, equilibrium.”

When you see it this way, it shifts something. It’s not just “nervous system,” it’s the whole landscape of how we move between safety and stress.

Curious about weaving this sequence into your Breathwork practice?

Message me—I’d love to share this with you.

The solar plexus

Imagine if your solar plexus was relaxed. Imagine how free your breath would be. ☀️

This small ball of muscle sits right in front of your diaphragm—and when it’s tight, it restricts your full breath. Most of us hold tension here without ever knowing it.

This 1-minute snippet is from my 12-part video series, where you can see the detail of the sequence up close.

The Wave: a subtle but powerful somatic touch sequence before breathwork.

Want to learn The Wave?

🌊 Workshop in London — 5th September, for Breathguru breathwork graduates or trainees — only few spaces left!

Today is the final day of Indian Head Massage training with Juliette, and we’re working exactly here — the scalp and face, home to 37 marma points, those subtle energy gateways where gentle touch can release so much held tension.

We’ll work the occipital ridge, where the vagus nerve passes — massaging here invites the whole nervous system to soften. Then the ears, the eyebrow centre, the scalp itself. Through Indian Head Massage, we ease it all.

My IHM course is unique — couchor floor based rather than seated, with a small amount of my Wave sequence woven through. We begin with a hot towel before ever touching the face, finished with a beautiful Neal’s Yard mist.

Juliette, it has been such a joy teaching you. You are going to ace your 20 case studies ✨

The Wave

I'm so excited to share this - this is the begining of

The Wave sequence. Something I created.

A somatic touch training for breathworkers — and honestly, I'm still in amazement at how it all unfolded.

It started with channelling. Some energy, some emotion moving through me. And before I knew it, it had a life of its own.

Then everything just... flowed.
The video journey with Pete Axford - completely effortless.

Emily, my wonderful website lady, holding all the unseen threads behind the scenes.

And my beautiful neighbour Kate whom said yes to modelling, and helped me adjust a few things in the space.

Nothing felt difficult - it all fell into place like dominoes.

A total flow state. Like swimming in water. Freedom.

And then the courage to say - hey Alan, I've got this idea, what do you think?

And bingo - Alan and Natalia said yes, and a workshop was created just like that.

Trust. Flow. Intuition. Showing up. That's what built this.

I'm so grateful. For all of it.

The whole thing has been incredible - everything flowed, just like The Wave itself.

This is The Wave. And it's only just beginning.

With love,
Evangeline

This is where it started — Bali, learning Tulamassage.

It became the foundation for something I went on to build myself: a unique approach to Indian Head Massage, woven through with somatic bodywork — vagus nerve science, marma points, nervous system regulation, presence.

Not the traditional seated technique. My own, developed over years, floor or coach based with the body fully held.

Now I teach it the same way I was taught — hands-on, immersive, 1:1.

If you’ve ever wanted to learn a style of Indisn head massage that goes deeper than technique, I’d love to talk.

The Wave is growing

A London workshop booked for September, a few practitioners already trained and using it in their own practices, and enquiries coming in...

I genuinely didn't expect it to move this fast.

This work started so quietly - just me, my hands and a deep belief in the power of touch.

Watching other practitioners carry it into their sessions now fills me up in a way I don't quite have words for.

If you're a bodyworker or breathworker or something about this is calling you - Id love to hear from you.

Breathwork shop Sunday 21st June

Holding space for men 🌊

Tomorrow I’m running a breathwork workshop — and I just realised it falls on Father’s Day. I didn’t plan it that way, but honestly? It feels perfect.

Because fathers deserve space too. Space to breathe. Space to feel. Space to just be, without performing or holding it all together.

Conscious connected breathwork goes where words can’t — releasing what’s been held in the body, sometimes for years. Tension. Grief. The weight of always being the strong one.

I have space for one more — if you’re a dad, a son, a man who’s been carrying a lot, this one’s for you.

Come breathe. 🤍

📅 Tomorrow — Father’s Day, Sunday 21st June 12pm to 130pm
