I recently treated a client who had previous lip filler placed too superficially, in the wrong layer of the skin.

This caused the filler to sit incorrectly and, over time, created visible lumps/pockets in the lips.

✨ What we did:
• Dissolved the old filler using hyaluronidase
• Allowed the lips to heal
• Then carefully re-filled, placing product correctly to smooth and balance the area

⚠️ In some cases like this, the tissue has been stretched or damaged, which means small “pockets” can remain long-term.

My goal was to refill in a way that disguises and diffuses these areas as much as possible, creating a softer, more natural result.
