Bora Studio is led by Anissa, a qualified osteopath with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy, bringing clinical knowledge, precision, and integrity to every session. This means your movement is not only effective, but intelligent, safe, and tailored to your body.
Our instructors are highly qualified professionals not trainers certified through a one-week online course. Every member of our team is extensively trained to understand anatomy, biomechanics, injury, and progression, so you’re always in expert hands.
We specialise exclusively in Reformer Pilates. No distractions. No watered-down classes. Just focused, purposeful reformer-based exercise designed to build strength, resilience, and long-term results.
With only 9 reformers across 3 floors, we intentionally keep our classes small. Because at Bora, we know one size does not fit all. Small groups allow us to coach with precision, adapt to individual needs, and deliver the level of attention your body deserves.

Dynamic Reformer Pilates is the latest iteration of the traditional Pilates discipline, performed on the Pilates Reformer and updated for the way we live and work now. It offers all the muscle toning, posture-aligning, injury preventing, mobility-enhancing and core strengthening benefits of classical Pilates but goes a step further. As the name suggests, Dynamic Reformer Pilates is more intense and dynamic, Movements are still precise and controlled, but at Bora Studio we link them into a smooth, continuous flow with fewer pauses. We add more ‘functional’ exercises – working the core muscles in combination with additional muscle groups – to increase the intensity of the overall movement and deliver cardiovascular conditioning benefits. We focus on duration of the exercise to create greater muscle fatigue, and use your bodyweight and the Reformer to intensify the movement of the larger muscle groups to create a highly effective and time-efficient full body workout.
