Tate, where do we even begin? 🥹
You joined us straight out of college at 18 years old, having never stepped foot in a salon before.
You trusted us, bought into the process, and believed everything we told you was possible.
Since then, you’ve been on the whole journey with us.
From our tiny three-chair shop to the salon we have today.
From building a client base from scratch to winning awards.
From being the student to now helping train the next generation of the team.
The growth we’ve seen in you as a stylist has been incredible, but we’re even more proud of the person you’ve become along the way.
Seeing you run fully booked days, week after week, and watching you pass on your knowledge to our newest team members is something special.
Today marks a huge milestone as Tate officially completes the P2 Principles Programme and becomes our first ever homegrown P2 Stylist. 🍾

Pacer Crew up and out early for a tough 5K in the sun to kick off the bank holiday weekend ☀️🥵
The heat was brutal but we got it done - miles in the bag and bank holiday beers officially earned 🍻
And to all the Gooners today… enjoy watching the Arsenal lift the Premier League, soak every second in and make it absolutely unbearable for the rival fans ❤️🏆🤣
