Semi-permanent eyeliner with Naomi

Eyeliner enhances the eyes by adding definition and colour to the lash line to create the appearance of thicker lashes. Permanent makeup eyeliner can be added to the top, bottom or both areas of the eyes and can be adjusted to create different effects using different techniques. The treatment is performed by delicately and precisely implanting pigment between & above you eyelash root which feels like a light tickle over the skin, with a very similar sensation to applying pencil eyeliner. Your eyes remain closed for the duration of the treatment and you have the choice of a black or dark brown colour.
