I've always loved a good blonde.

I believe that once you try it, you always go back. It's hard to resist, and you miss it when it's gone!

There are so many gorgeous ways to be blonde, too.

Bright ice white, golden with multi tonal pieces, or even 'natural' looking with a boho-ey sea surfer vibe.

However, life is busy and time is short.

I needed to find a way

of making blonde low maintenance, but still give me and my Client's that bright blonde hit that we needed.

We have a selection of delicious hot drinks (including delicious coffee with obligatory Lotus biscoff biscuits!) with normal and dairy free milk options, and a range of refreshing cold drinks with nibbles whilst your relaxing and having a pamper.

We are also working towards being as s𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗰𝗼 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 by looking in to more recycling options in the salon, and using recyclable foil. Our product line, EVO, are gluten and cruelty free, vegan, and free from sulphates and silicones. We really rate them and you can find out more about them here.

I always knew I wanted to be a hairdresser, but when I found grey blending, something shifted.

It took me 9 years as a salon owner to charge £7k per client.

Here’s what those 9 years actually taught me:

• Being busy doesn’t mean you’re successful or profitable - I was fully booked for weeks and still on benefits

• Generalists stay stuck. The moment I specialised in grey blending, everything shifted

• You don’t need more clients. You need the RIGHT ones. High-achieving women who invest in themselves.

• More staff doesn’t necessarily mean more profit. Usually more headaches & responsibility!

• Stop thinking ten steps ahead and feeling overwhelmed, and instead think about the first step

• Charging your worth isn’t about confidence, it’s about having a method that banishes the imposter syndrome

• Going mobile, cleaning houses, working at Screwfix - none of it was failure, it was direction finding

• The salon I built at 22 years old from a gutted picture framing shop (no floor, no ceiling, no plumbing) taught me more about business than any course ever could

• Burning the rulebook was the best thing I ever did - for my income, my freedom, and my life as a mum

Unpopular opinion: if you’re not offering grey
