Twice a year, we gather at Wild Spa for a day of movement, music, ritual, creativity and rest.

Flow Fest has become a much-loved part of our calendar - a chance to spend time in the woods, discover something new and share the day with good company -with both familiar faces and new friends.

There’s a wonderful range of experiences across SIX ZONES.

You can explore thermal contrast bathing and rituals, movement and bodywork, creative workshops, nature connection, music and shared food around the fire.

You can follow the programme, try something different or simply take the day at your own pace.

Your ticket includes the full programme, Wild Spa access, lunch, evening food and live music.

The exchange is £125 representing great value for a wonderful wellness journey.

Saunotus: 3-Day Finnish Sauna Ritual Workshop with Laura also known as Sauna-Akka , an experienced sauna healer, expert in Baltic-Finnish culture, and trained massage therapist.

Step into the authentic Finnish sauna experience with our immersive 3 full day workshop, Saunotus, designed to connect you deeply to Finnish sauna traditions. This training covers foundational rituals, the elements, and the art of hosting a Saunotus – the Finnish sauna ritual – using the ancient practices of löyly, vihta and sauna meditation.

Gain the skills to lead transformative Finnish sauna rituals, bring a sense of peace, and honor Finnish cultural heritage. You’ll leave with the skills to host a Finnish-Style Sauna Ritual for a Group.

This workshop is open to all - from beginners to experienced sauna practitioners.

MONTHLY WOMEN'S CIRCLE, SAUNA AND AUFGUSS CEREMONY 🌿

Over the past few months, Ceci and Meg’s women’s gatherings have become a deeply valued part of the Wild Spa Wowo calendar.

Held within our quiet woodland glade, these sessions bring together women’s circle, immersive Aufguss, time in the spa and a shared communal meal.

Guests have described the gatherings as calming, liberating and deeply connecting:

Each gathering begins in circle: a gentle, supportive space to slow down, reflect and connect with ourselves and one another. The circle may include simple creative or reflective activities, quiet moments and optional sharing, all held in a relaxed and unhurried atmosphere.

From there, the gathering flows into an immersive Aufguss ritual, where heat, steam, scent, music and movement come together to create a powerful sensory experience. There is then time to enjoy the saunas and spa at your own pace, rest, reconnect and gather around the table for a shared communal meal.

This is a women-only gathering designed to nurture warmth, connection, community and deep relaxation.

7–9 October 2026
For those who have completed Level 1. Explore advanced full-body whisking, group rituals, natural scrubs, beauty treatments and leading holistic sauna sessions.

Her work focuses not just on the sauna itself, but on the full journey, from heat to cold to rest, creating spaces that feel both grounded and transformative.
