12.30pm-1.45pm Finding Your Natural Flow State
A gentle, playful movement session using stretching, breathing, music and mindfulness to help your natural flow emerge with Helen.

2.30pm-3.45pm Qigong: Harnessing the Treasures of Summer
will lead a summer Qigong journey to awaken the heart, cultivate balance and connect with the radiance of the season.

4.15pm-5.30pm Sufi Whirling
A heart-opening introduction to Sufi meditation, breathwork and whirling practice with Halima_JewelofPeace featuring live music from Seren Rose

6.15pm-7.15pm Summer Solstice Sunset Yoga Nidra
A sunset practice with sun salutations, creative movement, Yin poses and guided Yoga Nidra to end the day with Kelly Slade Yoga

Wild Spa Wowo is looking for a reliable, practical and friendly spa host to join our small outdoor sauna team.

The role includes welcoming guests, keeping the saunas and fires going, preparing treatments, cleaning the site, and helping create a relaxed, welcoming experience.

This role would suit someone local, practical, calm under pressure, and happy working outdoors in all weather.

Role: Part-time, zero-hours, ad hoc
Location: Wowo Campsite, near Sheffield Park / Uckfield
Weekend availability essential
Own transport required due to our rural location

Who's coming? 👀

Join us for a special one-off Men’s sauna session. Held on Sunday 26th July hosted by sauna host and enthusiast, Chris Hayes.

New to 2026, this is a supportive space for anyone who identifies as male, to enjoy all the usual sauna and cold plunge benefits, with an atmosphere that encourages slowing down, clearing the head and taking time out.

This session offers space for conversation, quiet reflection and occasional guided elements. Chris is open to running regular Men's sessions if there is a high demand.

This is the first year of Sauna Camp. There are no years of reputation to rest on, just the space, the people and the practice.

Wild Spa Wowo has been hosting immersive sauna experiences for years, and this is what guests say about spending time here.

Three days in this woodland with wisdom keepers and practitioners from Lithuania, Finland, Latvia, Norway and the UK. Shared meals, fires, rituals, masterclasses and long unscheduled hours to simply be in it.
