Wondering how massage can assist with aches and pains.

Therapeutic massage can relieve pain in various ways, including relaxing painful muscles, tendons, and joints; relieving stress and anxiiety by stimulating competing nerve fibers and impeding pain messages to and from the brain.

Massage can also involve varying types of pressure to suit individual needs. Whether that be deep tissue massage or a relaxing massage such as swedish massage. Please remember massage does not need to be painful to be therapeutic.

If you are suffering from aches and pains and want to discuss a bespoke massage of choice please get in touch. .
