1. You’re late or don’t turn up without telling me ⏰
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When you’re late, it can affect the whole day — and a no-show means someone else could have had that appointment.

2. You drink so much coffee beforehand that you could BATHE in it ☕😂
Caffeine can make you more sensitive, increase bleeding and make it harder for you to sit still. One coffee? Fine. A whole swimming pool of coffee? Maybe not! 😆

3. You’re scrolling on your phone during the treatment 📱
Please let me concentrate! When I’m working on tiny, precise areas of your face, I need you to stay as still as possible. Your eyebrows don’t need to know what’s happening on Facebook for the next couple of hours. 😂

4. You bring your child with you 👶
PMU requires concentration, hygiene and a safe environment. I also can’t supervise children while working, so please arrange childcare before your appointment.

5. You’ve had alcohol the day before 🍷
Alcohol can affect bleeding, sensitivity and how your skin behaves during the procedure. For the best possible treatment, please arrive alcohol-free and follow your pre-treatment advice.

DON’T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU SEE STRAIGHT AFTER LASER TATTOO REMOVAL 👀

One of the biggest things I explain to my clients before laser tattoo removal is: what you see immediately after treatment is NOT the final result.

The area can look red, swollen, frosted, darker or quite dramatic straight after the laser. This is a normal response of the skin.

Sometimes it can even look like the pigment has completely disappeared straight away. But don’t get too excited just yet! 😅 As the skin settles and heals, the pigment can become visible again — and sometimes it can look darker or a different colour during the healing process.

This is why I spend so much time explaining to my clients exactly what they may see and what to expect.

Laser tattoo removal is a journey, not an overnight treatment. The laser breaks down the pigment, and your body then needs time to gradually clear those pigment particles.

✨ Don’t judge your result on the same day.
✨ Don’t panic if the pigment appears again.
✨ Be patient with your skin.
✨ Follow your aftercare carefully.
✨ Give your body time to do its job.
