I used the new BLONDME 9+ with 9% on the darker roots for powerful lift, and 2% through the mid lengths and ends to gently refresh. Then I refined the blonde using the brand new BLONDME Glow Toners in shades 10-1 (Ice) & 10-01 (Pearl Glaze) for soft dimension and luminous shine.
