working with vulnerable adult, experienced, reliable, competent, confident ro do the job, has a knowledge and understanding the work in the care home..not calculative in their job, working with a Team, has their own initiative, knows how to do a personal care properly, aware about infection control. Understand the policies and procedure, Can understand the care plan needs of the residents, polite etc.

We are open to accept a resident in a residential care home and for the awareness of the NoK that they need to have a 2 weeks isolation in a room provided and swab test to be done in our carehome too
