Fertility Reflexology - Pre-conception & IVF Support 💕

A reflexology treatment designed to support the body during pre-conception and throughout fertility treatment, whether trying naturally or undergoing IVF.

This treatment focuses on helping to calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, and encourage deep relaxation, supporting the body during what can often be an emotionally and physically demanding time.

Reflexology works by stimulating specific points on the feet that correspond with the reproductive system and endocrine system, helping to support hormonal balance and the body’s natural regulatory processes.

For IVF clients, treatments can be used alongside medical care to support the body and mind throughout each stage of the cycle, including preparation, stimulation, egg collection, and embryo transfer.

The aim is to create a deeply calming and supportive environment that encourages balance, relaxation, and overall wellbeing during your fertility journey.
