Hey guys, I've been feeling pretty poorly this week. Changing medications has kicked me in the butt.

Please make me laugh and post a GIF in the comments that matches the beat for me lol

Good morning everybody

I dont normally do this sort of thing but it's been a sh*tty year.

After recently losing grandad, having two dear friends lose their mum, and have two other relatives need treatment for cancers, its fair to say I've had enough of it.

So for some reason, I have decided to set myself up for misery and squat my way to £100-£150 worth of fundraising for Cancer Research UK.

If you can help by donating anything, that would be incredible. If you can't, then please share away. Every £1 earned helps save lives, to provide treatment and help research into this horrible illness.

Together we can do this. 💪

Oh and dont forget
1) check your boobs/testicles
2) book your smear test.
3) have stool sample tests returned (if youre eligible)
4) get that dodgy 'mark' checked out.
Early detection is key here!

And thank you from the bottom of my heart.

One of the best things about being self employed is that I can see things that make history.

Today, I got to see the fantastic reduce the boiler house at to a pile of rubble.

As sad as it is to think of a piece of history being demolished I am always thankful that I've got to experience this along with the demolishing of .

Just want to say....

Thank you for your support, love and friendship this year ❤️ I couldn't have done this without you

From our home to yours, Happy New Year. May the coming year be your best one yet, full of adventure and unforgettable memories
