Hello, I’m Ruby 👋

Your massage therapist and lover of all things that help us slow down and reconnect to our bodies.

My background is in sports therapy, but over the years I’ve found myself drawn more and more towards relaxation-based treatments. I’ve come to believe that bringing the nervous system into a state of rest and digest is what most people need this day n age, and I give a space for you to just be, and fully unwind.

Alongside massage, I offer Manual Lymphatic Drainage, a wonderfully gentle treatment designed to encourage movement within the lymphatic system, helping to alleviate fluid retention, reduce feelings of stagnancy, and offer the body a much-needed reset.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll usually find me teaching yoga to both adults and children, playing in a samba band, or heading off on adventures in a campervan.

Whether you’re looking to unwind, ease muscular tension, or simply carve out some time for yourself, I’m here to help you reconnect with your body and leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.
