It’s been a journey! It’s taken since November to persuade our app people to figure out the booking system so you’re not invited an hour early. They’ve applied multiple fixes but this time we’ve been double promised that it’s actually sorted. Thanks so much for bearing with us on this one, it’s been such a massive inconvenience to so many of you and you’ve been so helpful in helping us identify the issue.

We’re so sorry!! We’re having a persistent issue with our booking software which is sometimes tells customers to come an hour earlier than their booking. Our software provider has told us some jargon about clocks of the world. They’ve also told us, finally, they’ll sort it by the end of this week. Phew!!

For now just know that Matt will call you if he needs to change your appointment for any reason. It practically never happens. And we’re sorry!!
