I get asked SO many questions about this treatment, so let’s have a little chat about it…
1 • WHAT ACTUALLY IS IT?
It’s my bespoke body sculpting & detox treatment combining hands-on techniques, Brazilian sculpting and wood therapy.
I work with your body on the day — because no two bodies are the same and, let’s be honest, our bodies can change depending on hormones, bloating, periods, lifestyle… all the fun stuff 😂
The sculpted look is the gorgeous bonus… but I also want you to leave feeling lighter, refreshed and like your body has had a proper reset.
2 • WHY WOOD?
Because those little wooden tools aren't just there to look pretty! 😂
They allow me to work different areas in different ways and really get into those areas I'm focusing on.
I choose the tools and techniques depending on YOU — not just follow the same routine on everyone.
3 • IS MASSAGE INCLUDED?
YESSS.
This is very much a hands-on treatment.
There's massage, sculpting, movement and those lovely relaxing moments too.
So yes… you get results AND you get to lie down and switch off for a bit. Win win.
4 • HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE IT?
There's no one-size-fits-all answer.
Some clients come regularly, some have a course, some just book when their body is screaming “I NEED A RESET!” 😂
We'll chat about your goals and I'll tell you what I genuinely think would work for you.

“Will I see a difference?”
Sometimes you'll see a difference straight away. Sometimes your body needs a little more time and consistency.
But one thing I promise…

WOW… these results are straight after SESSION 2.
Every body is different, and I work with the body in front of me on the day — no two treatments are ever exactly the same.
And just to be completely transparent, my client has also been using sunbeds between sessions, so you’ll notice a difference in her skin tone between the images. There is absolutely NO editing or altering of her body in these photos.
What you see is her body, her results, straight after her treatment.

This male client came in for Cavitation + Brazilian Sculpting & Wood Therapy, focusing on the abdominal area.
You can see a noticeable change in the overall appearance and contour of the stomach — looking smoother, more defined and less bloated after his treatment.

I want to keep my results real, raw and completely honest.
There is no editing, no reshaping and no filters on my treatment results. What you see is exactly what I see — straight after treatment.
I show every single client their photos immediately after I’ve taken them, before I even leave the treatment room. Nothing is hidden, nothing is altered. I want them to see exactly what I see — and honestly, their reactions are everything to me.
No two bodies are the same, so I never treat two clients exactly the same either. I work with your body on the day, and the techniques, pressure, movement and focus may vary depending on what your body needs.
I’m also always completely honest about results. Your lifestyle, hydration, hormones, bloating, menstrual cycle, previous weight changes and so many other factors can influence how your body responds — so results will naturally vary from person to person.
But one of my favourite things is the messages I receive the following day…
"My stomach feels so happy."
"I feel so good."
"I can't believe the difference."
"My stomach feels amazing."
I absolutely LOVE this.
