You don’t need an official diagnosis, you can be curious, self-diagnosed or supporting others.

Come and join us online either online on the 3rd Thursday of every month 7-8.30pm (18th of June) or the last Thursday (25th of June) of the month face-to-face at Sister & Soul in Urmston 7-8pm.

This space is facilitated by me – an AuDHD Coach, I been through neurodivergent burnout multiple times; for years the challenges I experienced looked like depression and anxiety. Newsflash – it was neurodivergent burnout, and this needed a different response.

This small group is sensory friendly and low demand; participate as much as feels comfortable.

Once we get going, we will start to explore themes that the group identifies; this month we will start to think about our inner critic and when that shows up.

Online pre and post diagnosis ADHD/Autism peer group, psycho education and support strategies. Thursday 23rd of April 7-8.30. There will also be a face to face group at sister & soul in Urmston on the 28th of May. For adults or parents of ND kids too. You can come if you are just starting to explore these ideas. ❤️

I first became aware of Clare’s work when my son started high school and struggled to settle in. He found the adjustment to new routines and the expectations of quiet, structured classrooms incredibly challenging. Sadly, it often felt as though he received more punitive than supportive responses from teachers. I’d always sensed that something about the way he experienced the world was different and unique, but I had never considered neurodiversity and, if I am honest, held fixed stereotypes in mind about this before I met Clare.

From the very first conversation, Clare listened with such warmth and validation. Nothing I said surprised her. She gently introduced the possibility that my son might be neurodiverse, while completely removing any shame or fear I had about not recognising it earlier myself. She has that rare ability to make you feel heard and instantly at ease like a wise best friend who understands both your heart and your reality.

Clare’s support has been absolutely vital in helping us access an ADHD assessment for my son. Her knowledge is immense, but what makes her truly exceptional is how she combines that expertise with compassion, humour, and genuine humanity. She doesn’t just understand neurodiversity, she champions it, celebrates it, and helps you see strength where you once saw struggle.

I have since started ADHD coaching with Clare myself, and it is already empowering me in new and unexpected ways. Her guidance helps me make sense of things I’ve carried for years, and every session feels like another step toward understanding myself more fully.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Clare at AuDHD Coach to anyone who is curious about a possible ND diagnosis, supporting a loved one, or simply trying to navigate life with more clarity and self-compassion.
