Run club with Rob Simon Physical Training W.2 ✌️

Amazing to see new faces, and some cool weather to get running in 🏃🏼‍♀️

Join us next Thursday at 7pm ✨

Introducing Lymphatic drainage massage ✨

This has been highly requested over the last couple of month so we are very excited to say this will be available to book from next week!

Unlike traditional massage, which often focuses on muscles and deeper tissues, lymphatic drainage massage uses light, rhythmic strokes and pumping movements applied in the direction of lymph flow….

Lymphatic drainage massage helps support circulation, reduce fluid retention, and leave you feeling lighter and more energized.
Your body deserves this kind of care🤎

✨ Happy Birthday, Kelly! ✨

We hope your day is filled with happiness, laughter, and all the love you deserve.
Thank you for being such a valued part of the Nova family! 🥂✨

If you haven’t experienced Kelly’s amazing treatments yet, now is the perfect time to treat yourself!
