Everyone loves my mini bin and the doggy bin bags I use! It is pretty cute but mainly functional and really helps me keep a tidy work space at weddings!

Your wedding makeup (and hair) can be whatever YOU want! Read that again! 👀 Now it seems a crazy thing to say, but the amount of times that I hear “I normally do this, but that’s not very bridal” or “I’ve been told I should do this for my makeup so it looks good for photos”…. BUT have you actually asked yourself if that’s something you want to do.. or is it just conforming to the “idea” of what is suitable for a wedding. Times are changing and it’s about being yourself.

Now I ALWAYS advocate brides to look and feel like themselves. Usually this comes with a more natural approach to the style, however I love it when a bride wants to amp it up a little. Whether it’s opting for that red lip because that’s your signature style; having the funkiest hair accessory because you’ve loved them for years; or going for your hair down because that’s what you actually like (not conforming to an updo because Aunty Brenda told you that brides wear their hair up 😂!)… IT’S YOUR WEDDING! So be yourself and let’s curate a style that reflects you for your special day 🤍

When I was entrusted with an almost 100 year old family heirloom to create my bride’s hairstyle, I was a little nervous!! 😅 it was delicate to say the least, but so beautiful! AND we managed to make it work! 😍One of my favourite hairstyles to date- such a lovely sentiment to know that this hairpiece has been passed down generations of wedding days; and a honour to be able to style it for my bride! 🤍
