Celebrating 70 years of the L'Oréal Professionnel Colour Trophy UK Grand Final with a show as bold and creative as the competition itself 🎨

The ambition was to create a platform that celebrated the industry's leading colourists and stylists while bringing a new level of energy and immersion to the experience.

Challenging the traditional format, we introduced a 360° stage within the catwalk, placing finalists at the centre of the action, surrounded by lighting, special effects and lasers, creating a visually striking show.

None of this happens without the full weight of the Encore team behind it — riggers, programmers, technicians and project managers working side by side under a demanding timeframe. From technical preparation and rigging solutions to coordinating every element with the venue team, it was a genuine team effort from first load-in to final cue.

The energy inside O2 arena captured the impact of the evening, with proud finalists, an engaged audience and a delighted client as the celebrations continued into the night.

A fitting tribute to 70 years of creativity, talent and innovation.

Behind every event is a Warehouse Team making it possible 📦

Over the past few weeks, our UK Warehouse team has gone above and beyond, putting in early starts, late finishes and weekends to make sure every truck is loaded, every delivery is on time and every event has exactly what it needs.

In that time, they've loaded 32 trucks, moving an incredible 239,000kg of equipment for major events. They also completed 63 truck movements in just 10 days, while continuing to support our day-to-day operations.

Octopus Energy Tech Summit 2025 – powering the future of energy⚡

From 400 to 2,875 delegates in just two weeks, we transformed Evolution London into a high-impact conference and expo for Octopus Energy's flagship Tech Summit during London Climate Action Week 2025.

The defining moment? An electric vehicle driven live onto the main stage during a major industry announcement. A steeldeck stage and bespoke 12m ramp made the reveal safe and seamless beneath a striking 10m x 3m LED wall.

And, true to the Octopus brand, pink was everywhere – full venue branding with mesh banners, wall vinyls and custom gobos immersed guests from the moment they arrived.
