❤️ CLAIRES DOING SOMETHING SHE NEVER THOUGHT SHE’D DO… SHE’S RUNNING A 10K! 😂🏃‍♀️

On 20th September, 3 generations of her family are taking on the Castleford 10K together. ❤️

For claire this is about so much more than running.

I’m in recovery, and I know that your past doesn’t have to determine your future. I also know the impact our choices can have on the people we love.

Being able to do this alongside my family means more to me than I can put into words. 🥹❤️

We’re raising money for The Ruby Project, who support women affected by exploitation, addiction, abuse and difficult circumstances — helping them believe that a different future really is possible.

I’m definitely NOT a runner 😂, and this is going to challenge me, but sometimes recovery is simply about putting one foot in front of the other and refusing to give up.

🌻 I’ve been given a chance to change my story. Now I want to help other women change theirs.
