Just by simplifying your diet you can lose weight.
Have your normal breakfast then for both your lunch and evening meal. Have meat and two veggies.
It’s not an exciting diet by any means but stick with it and watch that weight drop off on the scales.

and while you might be following a plan it’s safe to say you might not always stick to it day in and day out. BUT one slip up doesn’t mean the rest of the day or week is a right off.

2. Outdoor exercise everyday 45mins
3. Gallon of water everyday
4. No fast food or alcohol
5. Read 10 pages from a non fiction book
6. Progress pic every day
