We are also able to determine what type of product has been applied, even if it is not disclosed or if a different product has been purchased from us.
Our staff always provide clear guidance on which products are safe and suitable for use on our sunbeds. Using unapproved products can cause permanent damage to the acrylics, affect hygiene standards, and reduce the performance and lifespan of our equipment.
We invest significant time and money into maintaining our sunbeds to the highest standard, and we ask that all customers respect our salon by following our tanning guidelines.
If unauthorised products are found to have been used, we reserve the right to refuse future tanning sessions and recover the cost of any damage caused to our equipment.
