Our LBT class is designed to tone and strengthen your legs, bums and tums through a fun, energising full-body workout. Expect squats, lunges, core work and plenty of calorie-burning exercises to leave you feeling strong, accomplished and ready for the weekend! ๐ช๐ฅ
