Important Update Regarding Consultations 🤍

Firstly, I’d like to thank everyone who has supported Lash, Lock & Arch.

Unfortunately, I’ve had to make a small change to the way I work.

I’ve noticed an increasing amount of time is being spent carrying out online consultations, researching different suppliers, comparing prices, and having lengthy back-and-forth conversations, only for many enquiries not to be taken any further.

As a small business owner who also runs two other businesses, my time is incredibly valuable, and I need to make sure I’m spending it where it’s most effective.

For this reason, I will no longer be offering detailed online consultations or personalised quotes.

From now on, all consultations, tailored quotes, and guide prices will be provided in person during your appointment or consultation.

This allows me to give each genuine client my full attention while ensuring my time is used fairly.

I just wanted to clear up one question I get asked quite often regarding hair prices. 🤍

At Lash, Lock & Arch, I do not supply budget hair or hair sourced directly from low-cost manufacturers. I have made the decision to only work with trusted, premium professional brands because I genuinely want my clients to receive the best quality possible.

The brands I work with include:

As a registered trade account holder with these brands, I receive trade discounts, and I pass those discounts directly on to my clients. Depending on the brand, this is usually 20–30% off the retail price.

💛 I don’t make profit on the hair itself. I’d much rather my clients benefit from my trade pricing than increase my margins.

The hair I supply is designed to last:
✨ 9–12 months with some brands
✨ 12–18 months with others

…when looked after correctly, making it a worthwhile investment.

Because I only use premium hair, unfortunately I can’t supply 200g of 24” hair for £150. I really wish I could, but I don’t set the manufacturers’ prices.

I also won’t compromise by ordering cheaper alternatives simply to match unrealistic budgets. I’d rather be honest and provide hair that looks beautiful, lasts, and gives my clients confidence, rather than something that needs replacing after only a few months.

A little bit about me and why I’m offering this opportunity…

I have been qualified in hair extensions since September 2025. Since qualifying, I’ve chosen to focus on mastering one technique at a time rather than trying to offer every method at once. My goal has always been to provide the best possible service and results for my clients.

Over the past few months, I have dedicated my time to perfecting my nano ring technique, building my confidence, knowledge and experience. I now feel ready to start offering weft installations and would love to welcome a handful of models as I continue developing this service.

The discounted fitting price reflects that I am still building my confidence and portfolio with this method while gaining further hands-on experience. In return, you’ll receive a professional installation, aftercare advice and the same attention to detail that I pride myself on.
