Sheila at 96 will be doing her 1st walk at Battersea, London this Saturday 06.06.26
Her final training was this Wednesday 03.06.
She's a legend. Walks pretty fast & stable. Very inspiring. So proud of Sheila. πͺπͺ Individuals like Sheila inspires me to remain active, lift weights & occasional running forever. π

Client has achieved his 1st distance running goal; 10 miler. Preparation for his 1st half marathon in a few months.
