There was a time when I said I’d never offer non-surgical rhinoplasty or tear trough filler.
Not because I didn’t believe in the treatments… but because I respected the risks.
These are considered higher-risk areas, with an increased risk of vascular occlusion, and I strongly believe that if you’re going to offer these procedures, you should do so with the right training, governance and emergency preparedness in place.
As a Nurse Prescriber, patient safety will always come first. That means understanding anatomy, recognising complications early, and ensuring appropriate emergency protocols are in place. For treatments such as non-surgical rhinoplasty, hyaluronidase can be prescribed following a thorough consultation and clinical assessment, so that appropriate preparations are made before treatment.
On the 21st June, I’ll be undertaking advanced training in:

✨ Tear trough filler
✨ Temple filler
✨ Advanced chin techniques
✨ Mid-face rejuvenation
Growth happens when we step outside our comfort zone - but never at the expense of safety.

✨ ADVANCED TRAINING = MODEL OPPORTUNITIES ✨
On 21st June I’ll be undertaking further advanced dermal filler training with a leading UK training provider, focusing on:
• Non-surgical rhinoplasty
• Tear trough rejuvenation
• Temple restoration
• Advanced chin enhancement
• Mid-face volume replacement
Following this training, I’ll be looking for a small number of models throughout July.
You may be suitable if you:
✔️ Feel your face has become more hollow following weight loss
✔️ Have noticed volume loss in your cheeks or temples
✔️ Feel your eyes look tired due to hollowness beneath them
✔️ Have a sunken appearance around the temples
✔️ Would like to improve the profile or shape of your nose without surgery
✔️ Feel your face has lost some of its youthful support and structure
All treatments will require a consultation to assess suitability and discuss expectations, risks, benefits and treatment options.
Model places will be offered at significantly reduced rates in return for photographs and feedback.

We often talk about the treatments we offer.
But I think it’s just as important to talk about the things I won’t do.
As a Nurse Prescriber, my responsibility is to put your safety, wellbeing and best interests first—every single time.
That means:
❌ I won’t treat you just because I need a model.
❌ I won’t prescribe without a consultation.
❌ I won’t recommend a treatment because it’s trending.
❌ I won’t ignore concerns or red flags.
❌ I won’t promise unrealistic results.
❌ I won’t treat you simply to fill a clinic appointment.
Sometimes the most professional thing I can do is say, “Not yet,” or even, “No.”
The right practitioner isn’t the one who says yes to everything. The right practitioner is the one who takes the time to assess, advise and create a treatment plan that is appropriate for you.
Your face is never there to help me fill my diary, create content or complete a training day.
Patient safety will always come first.

The training is being delivered by Derma Institute, a leading provider of advanced aesthetic training exclusively for medical professionals and dentists.
These are advanced procedures that require a thorough understanding of facial anatomy, assessment, and patient selection, so I’m incredibly excited to continue developing my skills in these areas.
As always, my goal is to bring the latest techniques and highest standards of practice back to Assure Aesthetics for the benefit of my clients.
