✨A gentle note to my lovely clients ✨

​I love what I do, and every single appointment on my books means the world to me. Because I work completely on my own, I dedicate a specific block of time entirely to you. When last-minute cancellations or no-shows happen, it has a really big impact on my day.

​When an appointment is missed or canceled with very short notice:

​It leaves a gap: As a solo stylist, if my chair is empty, I'm at a standstill for that block of time.

​It affects other clients: I often have a waiting list of people who would have jumped at the chance to take that spot if given enough notice.

​I completely understand that life happens, emergencies pop up, and schedules change! All I kindly ask is that if you need to reschedule or cancel, please give me as much notice as possible (48 hours). This gives me a chance to offer the opening to someone else and keeps my small business running smoothly.

​Thank you all so much for your ongoing support, loyalty, and understanding. I truly have the best clients and can't wait to see you at your next appointment! 🥰

🐾 Big News: Meet Our Newest Team Member!
​I have a very special (and very fluffy) addition to the salon! Everyone, please give a warm welcome to Hrafn (pronounced Rafen).
​He’s already learning the ropes of salon life and proving to be a natural. To help him stay the best-behaved boy, we have a few "puppy protocols" in place:
​The Calm Approach: Hrafn is doing great at not jumping! To keep it that way, please wait until he is sitting and calm before giving him any greetings or attention.

​Puppy Therapy: If you’re just coming in for a dose of puppy love and "Hrafn-time," we totally get it— I won't tell!

​Your Comfort is my Priority
I know that not everyone is a "dog person," and that’s perfectly okay!
Please let me know ahead of your appointment if:

​You have allergies: I want to ensure you stay comfortable and sniffle-free.

​You want a dog-free zone: If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing rest away from four-legged friends, just say the word. I promise I won’t be offended!
​I want your salon experience to be exactly what you need it to be😍❤️💙🐾
