Two uninterrupted hours of warmth, relaxation and complete switch-off. 🤍

The Winter Ritual includes:
✨ A full-body massage using beautifully warm oil inc Head & Face
✨ A heated eye mask while you relax
✨ Moisturising foot massage treatment & cosy booties
✨ A warming winter drink to finish your experience

And this one is going to be very limited.

I've deliberately kept the number of appointments small so that each Winter Ritual can feel like a proper experience rather than just another treatment in the diary.

£125 - 2 hours
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance due at your treatment.

Cancellation fees… the slightly awkward part of running a small business 🤍

I completely understand that plans change. Children get poorly, work crops up, cars break down and sometimes life simply gets in the way.
But when you book an appointment with me, you’re not just booking a massage — you’re reserving a specific piece of my working day.
That time is taken out of my diary just for you. I can’t offer it to another client, and with a late cancellation or no-show, it’s often impossible to refill.

As a self-employed therapist, there’s no salary behind the scenes. If an appointment disappears, so does that income — while the rent, laundry, products, utilities, booking system and all the other costs of running my little business continue.
That’s why I have a cancellation policy. 🤍

It’s never about punishing someone for having to change their plans, and I absolutely appreciate that genuine emergencies happen. It’s simply about protecting the time I’ve reserved for you and keeping my business sustainable.

So when you see a cancellation fee, please remember:
You’re not paying for a massage you didn’t receive.
You’re paying for the appointment time that was reserved exclusively for you.

Thank you, as always, to the huge majority of my clients who respect my time, give me as much notice as possible and understand why these policies exist. It genuinely makes a difference to a small business. 🌿

I’ve just a handful of appointments remaining this month, including both 30 & 60 minute slots.
And for September only, I’m also offering my 30-minute Relaxation Express Massage for £25 — focusing on the upper back, neck and face. Perfect if you’re short on time but still need a proper switch-off.
Alongside this, my usual Deep Tissue, Sports, Holistic & Pregnancy Massage appointments are available.

It’s always a privilege to work with professional athletes, and I’m proud to support players from our very own Wakefield Trinity. 🏉

Working with professional rugby players brings a real understanding of the demands placed on the body — from training and match-day performance to recovery, mobility and those niggles that can build up over a busy season.

This is one of the things I love about sports massage: adapting each treatment to the individual and what their body needs at that particular point in their training and recovery.
