This next chapter is about creating a home away from home for both my clients and staff, in both branches.
Expanding TLC from Manchester to Sydney.
It’s about growth.
It’s about Sydney taking shape and Manchester evolving.
It’s about building a positive culture, supporting ambitious and independent women, and creating opportunities to grow together.🫶🏽

It’s also about remembering that the best businesses are built by becoming the best version of yourself first. That’s why, alongside building TLC, I’m choosing to invest in my own health, wellbeing and personal growth too. In this industry burnout is normalised and it shouldn’t be 🥹

A little update, because I know you’ve all been waiting.

The vision is finally starting to come together. The big transformation is done, and now it’s all about the finishing touches—the styling, the décor, the extra mirrors, chairs and all the little details that make a space feel complete.

These are just a few snippets of what’s to come. We’re getting closer every week, and I genuinely can’t wait to share the finished space with you all… and start welcoming the first members of the TLC SYD team. 🤍

Most of my photos are blonde, so I wanted to share this brunette balayage tone-down for a softer, more subtle look ✨

Soft blonde balayage with a face frame ~ my client hadn’t coloured her hair for 8 months! She wanted to stay blonde but keeping a softer root and bright around the face, here is the results 💫✨

From grown-out, warmer tones to a softer, dimensional blonde — blending beautifully with my client’s natural roots ✨

My beautiful client came in with lots of regrowth and warmer toners, wanting to stay blonde but bring back a softer, more natural feel around the root area. We broke up the block blonde through the ends to create a seamless blend, added depth, and neutralised the warmth for a more balanced tone.

We created a softer blonde blend with a custom root shade to match her natural brunette, paired with highlights and lowlights to add dimension while keeping the blonde fresh. The highlights were teased at the root to create a seamless grow-out, and a slightly deeper toner brought the blonde down to a more natural finish.
